1. Participation Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, becoming a vendor or speaker, or entering the festival grounds, you agree to abide by these Terms. You affirm that your participation is in alignment with the festival’s spiritual mission of sacred remembrance, energetic integrity, and cosmic co-creation.
2. Code of Conduct
All attendees, vendors, speakers, and staff are expected to uphold a frequency of respect, sovereignty, and harmony. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any action that threatens the sacred space will result in immediate removal without refund.
3. Ticket Sales & Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets may not be transferred or resold without written approval.
In the case of unforeseen cancellation due to acts of nature or venue shutdown, alternative arrangements will be offered (such as digital access), but no monetary refunds will be issued.
This policy ensures commitment and energetic alignment among all attendees.
4. Intellectual Property
All recordings, transmissions, performances, images, and materials shared during Quantum Fest are the intellectual property of Quantum Kingdom and its facilitators. No content may be copied, recorded, or distributed without written consent.
5. Health, Safety & Disclaimer
You attend and participate at your own risk. Quantum Fest is a spiritual, energetic, and educational experience. It does not substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal advice. By entering the grounds, you accept all responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales for Quantum Fest: The Gathering of the Ancient Ones are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the following:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule changes, lineup adjustments, or personal inability to attend.
Tickets are non-transferable. Attendees unable to attend may not transfer or resell their ticket to another person unless they receive prior written permission from the event organizers.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to acts of nature, venue shutdown, or other unforeseen emergencies, full refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Should the event be postponed or modified, alternative arrangements (such as digital access or future event credit) may be provided—but monetary refunds will not be issued outside of a full event cancellation.
This policy has been established to ensure fairness and transparency for all involved, while preserving the energetic integrity of the sacred space we are co-creating. Each ticket holds a vibrational commitment to the Quantum Field being activated, and we thank you for honoring the frequency of this gathering.
