Below are the roles we are looking to fill for Quantum Fest 2026:
🔹 Registration & Guest Services
You are organized, welcoming, and calm under pressure. This role supports attendee check-in, answers questions, and helps create a smooth and friendly first impression for guests.
🔹 Set Up & Breakdown
You’re reliable, hands-on, and able to support the physical flow of the event space. This role assists with setting up rooms, signage, and vendor areas, as well as breakdown at the end of each day.
🔹 Workshop & Speaker Assistance
You’re attentive, supportive, and detail oriented. This role helps facilitators and speakers with room readiness, time support, transitions, and overall flow during sessions.
🔹 Crowd Flow & Wayfinding
You’re observant, grounded, and comfortable offering directions. This role supports attendee movement between spaces, maintains clear pathways, and helps manage transitions throughout the venue.
🔹 Stage & Performance Support
You remain calm in high-energy environments and can assist behind the scenes. This role supports performers, manages transitions on and off stage, and ensures the stage area remains clear and ready.
🔹 Hospitality & Accessibility
You’re compassionate, service-minded, and aware of individual needs. This role helps with water stations, rest areas, accessibility support, and attendee comfort throughout the day.
🔹 Sustainability Team
You’re environmentally conscious and proactive. This role supports waste reduction efforts, recycling stations, and helps maintain a clean and respectful event environment.
🔹 VIP Support
You’re discreet, attentive, and professional. This role supports VIP guests and creators with check-in, navigation, and ensuring their experience is seamless and supported. This will require previous executive experience and professional references will be verified.
