Refund Policy
All ticket sales for Quantum Fest: The Gathering of the Ancient Ones are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule changes, speaker adjustments, or personal inability to attend.
Tickets may not be transferred or resold without prior written permission from the event organizers.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative arrangements or digital access where possible, but monetary refunds will not be issued.
